When we launched preorders for our new eNDē products, we could not have foreseen the economic turmoil that would unravel over the 10 days of preorders. Tariffs were increased on goods made in China from 16% to 165%!
Many of you reached out while this happened in real-time and offered to help offset costs. $5 per product you purchased will make a huge impact! Or whatever feels right to you. No pressure and remember - this is optional!
NOTE: Warm hugs are not actual hugs. We will not come to your house and deliver a hug. But if these tariffs keep up we may have to launch a Kissing Booth 🥰

SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to keep shipping costs low for you. As a marketplace, orders are shipped from a variety of warehouses. Different vendors have different rates.
Marketplace businesses (new products): FREE SHIPPING!
Businesses will determine the shipping method. If you need to expedite an order, please contact us at info@endeproject.com and we will do our best to assist. Additional fees will apply for expedited orders.
Marketplace sellers (used products): Each separate location requires individual shipping fees. You will select your desired shipping method from a list of options in the checkout cart including more cost-effective and expedited methods.
Please keep in mind that unforeseen issues may arise within USPS and UPS can cause shipments to be delayed for up to 2 weeks.
If you need to expedite your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist your needs.
RETURNS POLICY
Used products: No returns. If a product does not work for you, we recommend creating a seller account and reselling It. Thank you for your understanding! If there Is something wrong with the product (i.e. it is not as portrayed In the listing), please contact Info@endeproject.com and we will help facilitate a solution.
On-demand New products: No Returns. This Includes screenprinted tops, the Vacay Collection & other custom products created one at a time. Exception: If there Is something wrong with the product, please contact Info@endeproject.com and we will ask for more details & issue a refund. NOTE: We keep prices and shipping costs low, so the risk Is lower If they do not fit/work out for you.
New products from business vendors: Free returns within 30 days of receiving the order. Email us at Info@endeproject.com for any reason and we will Initiate the return process.
