General FAQs

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Please keep in mind that unforeseen issues may arise within USPS and UPS can cause shipments to be delayed for up to 2 weeks.

If you need to expedite your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist your needs. 

RETURN POLICY FOR NEW PRODUCTS

If you are not happy with your new product, contact us and we'll start the return process free of charge to you. Yes, we will supply a free shipping return label. 

You have 30 days from receipt of order to initiate a return. We only accept returns for items purchased at endeproject.com. Items purchased through one of our select partners should be returned where you bought it. 

Once you initiate a return, you will receive an email with details on how and where to ship the product.

Items must be returned in brand new, unused and unworn condition. A refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of receipt, for the purchase price to the original payment method. Unfortunately, we can't take returns on final sale items or gift cards. 

RETURN POLICY FOR USED PRODUCTS 

All sales are final on eNDe. Specifically, we do not accept returns for products that don't fit (we suggest you resell them by opening a seller account on eNDe). However, exceptions may occur.

If the buyer receives an item that is not as described within the listing, is sent the wrong item, or is in some other way not as described, the buyer can report their problem to us within 7 days of delivery. The buyer will be asked to upload photos and offer details of the item. If the return is verified, we assist the buyer in returning the item to the seller and offer them a full refund.

To avoid a problem with a sale, we strongly encourage sellers to be as descriptive and detailed as possible when creating listings. We encourage buyers to review the listing photos, description, and item condition, and if they have any questions, please ask the seller for additional details, measurements, or photos. Is selling used activewear gross?

If you sell freshly worn, unlaundered clothing that you just worked out in, then yes - it's disgusting! If you sell clean clothing that does not have rips and stains, then it's perfectly awesome in our opinion. 

My used product doesn't fit. Can I return or exchange it?

Sellers

If I sign up as a seller, what are the requirements to get 15% off? Does that discount apply to everything on the site? 

You must list a minimum of 5 items per year. If you only have 1 or 2 items to sell, this may not be the platform for you. Your discount applies to everything on the site, including other used products and new products too!

How do I get paid?

Paypal or Stripe account

How does shipping work? 

All products are shipped directly from the seller to the buyer. There is no "centralized warehouse." Shipping costs $7.95 for most orders (Orders over five pounds will have increased rates). The customer pays the shipping fee. 

 

Will my personal info be publicly shared?

No. Your personal information will only be available to eNDe to help coordinate shipping. Buyers will not see the personal information of the seller.
