We want to set you up for success!

To be approved as a seller, you must watch the following videos (approx 15 min). The videos will help you with the registration process, you'll learn how to efficiently list products and you will learn how to get paid! 

In addition, by submitting an application, you agree to the following:

  • You will only list ACTIVE clothing, gear and shoes. This site is currently targeted toward active women and kids. 
  • You will receive 90% of the selling price. Payouts will be made monthly or sooner.
  • You do not have the option to control shipping costs - these are set at the admin level. 
  • Buyers can message you through your account if they have questions about the products. You do not need to reply if you choose not to do so.
  • Returns are not allowed unless something is wrong with the product or it is different than portrayed. Returns are handled through eNDe, not the seller but you may be contacted depending on the issue.
  • You are proficient at taking square photos and will post square photos only.
  • If you do not follow these guidelines, your selling account may be deactivated.

Written guidelines below

Create your profile

The following fields will appear on your Seller page, so complete them if you prefer to share this information.

  • Photos (Optional) 
    • Under Company Details: Add a Profile Pic (there is a little basket that looks like a trash can. Click it and you can add your pic) - NOTE: if you do not add a Profile pic, we may insert a generic eNDe project logo 
    • Under Custom Vendor Settings - Vendor Profile: Add a Banner Pic (recommended size 1440 x 465)
  • Policy (Optional): Please add the following information about your household - smoking or non-smoking household & pets or no-pets 
  • About us (Optional): Add as much information as you want to share - or none at all. 
  • Social links (Optional): Add Facebook, Instagram, X and Tiktok if you desire (not required)

Post products

  • Do not select a template. If you select a template, the product will not be saved. 
  • Photos: MUST BE SQUARE!
    • If you do not know how to take square photos, do a youtube search and watch a video based on the type of phone you have.
  • Product name: List as "Brand name Style name (if you know it) - Color or Print - Size"
  • Vendor name will automatically populate
  • Product category: Choose closest category available
  • Choose active or draft
  • Tags: Add 6 or more tags! This will allow your product to show up on all the different collection pages. Highly recommended tags here:

 

    • Brand: Skirt Sports, Patagonia, Athleta, Danskin, etc. If you don't see your brand as an option, please email info@endeproject.com and request that we add it.
    • Product Category: Choose the closest
    • Product Type: skirt, shorts, capris, leggings, pants, joggers, dress, tank, short sleeve, long sleeve, hoodie, jacket, vest, jumpsuit, bra, accessory
    • Sport: running, fitness, cycling, triathlon, swimming, snow
    • Size: extra small, small, medium, large, extra large, 1X, 2X, 3X, 4X, plus size, kids. If numeric sizes (2,4,6, etc), choose the closest alpha size. If shoes or gear, do not list a size. You will list that in the title and the metafield.
    • Color: solid colors or tag "multicolor" if it's a print

 

  • Description
    • Add as much detail as you like to describe your product
    • Add the level of use so there are no surprises
    • Include "pet friendly" and "smoking" if either of those apply
  • Size: If your size is not listed, select the closest available and send an email to info@endeproject.com - note: we do not list numeric sizing right now so please translate the alpha size (for example, size 8 is usually a medium)
  • Variants: If you have more than one of the same style in different colors or sizes, you can add a variant and do not need to create a new product!
  • Quantity: Be sure to add this or it will not show as available
  • Track quantity: Check this
  • Pricing:
    • Price: Your selling price
    • Compare at price: Same as selling price. If you discount your products, this will show both prices to the consumer.
    • Cost per item: Not necessary unIess you want to track 

Why do we need tags and metafields?

Tags allow your products to auto-populate on collection pages in the main navigation menu at the top of every page. For example, if you are selling a dress, when shoppers click on Dresses from the main navigation, your dress will show up on that page. 

Metafields allow shoppers to filter by field when they are already on a collection page. These fields are on the left side of each collection page. For example, if they are on the Dress collection page, they can filter by size, color, brand and more. 

Package Dimensions & weight - do not skip this part!

This is for shipping purposes.

  • Dimensions: Do your best to estimate the size package you will ship. For most products, they fit into 14 x 11 x 3 or 9 x 9 x 4. 
  • Weight: Most products are between 0.5 and 2 lbs

Other tips:

  • The more photos the better.
  • If the product has holes, stains or loose threads, take pics or at a minimum, mention any issues or consider not reselling it.
  • Everyone has a different scale of "preloved" wear. Consider listing the approx number of times you have worn the item and If you think the fabric or elastic are wearing out. 
  • Pet-friendly or smoking household? Please note this so buyers aren't surprised. 

Add your warehouse

This is a fancy way of saying your shipping address. In order to configure shipping rates, we must have your location details. Go to:

Settings -> Warehouses -> Click the plus sign and add your details

How to Get Paid!

Set up your Paypal account to receive payouts. 

Go to Settings -> Payment integration -> Click the Plus button -> Select Paypal -> Enter your email that is associated with your Paypal account

Payouts are made within the first five (5) days of each month.
