SHIPPING POLICIES
We do our best to keep shipping costs low by passing shipping rates through to you or offering free or low flat rate shipping depending on the product.
"Brands We Love" products:
Brands We Love are either shopped via an affiliate link to the brands' website OR through the Shopify Collective whereupon the order is pushed directly to the brand and they handle all shipping. If you have any questions about your order, please contact info@endeproject.com and we will help!
"On Demand" products:
This includes Headwear, Custom bags & Fannypacks. Shipping is determined by the location of the printing facility - we try to keep it as low as possible, but you may pay multiple shipping fees if items originate in different locations.
Please keep in mind that unforeseen issues may arise within USPS and UPS can cause shipments to be delayed for up to 2 weeks.
RETURNS POLICY
eNDē Skirts: Returns are allowed within 30 days if product is not worn (other than trying it on). Email info@endeproject.com to start the return process.
On Demand New products: No Returns. Exception: If there Is something wrong with the product, please contact Info@endeproject.com and we will ask for more details & issue a refund.
Brands We Love products: Please review each brands' return policy - if you have a question before you purchase, please reach out to info@endeproject.com.
